24+4 Exhibition Catalogue

Bold, elegant, decent, fancy, shiny, flat – contemporary applied art and design vary between different visual languages and functionalities. From 3D printed lamps to hammered jewelry pieces to object trouve art pieces, the exhibition »24+4« presented the variety of the discipline. The exhibition at Galerie V&V in Vienna connected the work of 24 students or former students from »Hochschule Düsseldorf« with the work of their four professors. We designed a catalogue and a visual language for the exhibition based on a reduced layout combined with a classic and at the same time ugly typography.
